If that is the case maybe we might see cheaper prices then.

i dont know who the old one was. i doubt the price will go down on them witch the crap exchange rate. i asked shout once why they dont just open a warehouse in canada so we could by direct from them and get cheaper or free shipping plus the extras like posters and what not. but they didnt seem to interested.

When Universal started distributing Funimation titles, I found that they got cheaper in Canada, so I can be hopefully optimistic that the same will happen with the Shout titles, but I won't hold my breath because of the crappier exchange rate now like you said.

So in early August, I sent e-mails to both Zeus' customer service and the K. Irving email mentioned earlier to cancel ALL of my open orders. This was my way of severing ties with this awful site. Today I ended up receiving a title I had ordered on June 20th. So now that's naturally been charged to my card, and I had sourced it from Amazon instead. These f@#%ing guys are unbelievable. Such a terrible operation they have. This ought to be fun now, getting my money back.
2849 DVDs,
2416 Blu-rays,
165 HD DVDs,
144 Laserdiscs
& counting...

It's hit or miss with these people.
A few months ago, I ordered 3 movies and they sent me two. I assumed the other was coming later because it was listed as "back order". Almost 2 months later, I contact them and they said they had sent it.
I told them I never got it. Luckily they were nice enough to replace it and that one I got within 1 week. So odd.

Now I'm going through the same thing. I ordered Re-Animator on August 12th. Haven't been charged yet but seems like an awful lot of time to not hear from them at all.

Sigh...I really miss when we had more options with physical media.

I pre-ordered Re-Animator from them and it never arrived (partly why I'm done with them since they claimed I ordered it after street date...). I highly recommend you order it elsewhere before its unavailable.

I wouldn't even fight with them about the money back. Call your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges. That way you don't need to deal with their shitty service.

Zeus has a new Steelbook listing up. This one for the 4K UHD of Baby Driver. Most likely to appear at Best Buy, as Best Buy in the US has a listing for it. Weird that it's release date is Oct. 10th, and no listing up on Best Buy.ca yet... perhaps it could be exclusive elsewhere, like Sunrise?

Listing also appears on Amazon.ca, but as unavailable to order.

Interesting, the fact its on Amazon probably means its not a BestBuy exclusive...... Does the BB listing dictate if its a 4K SB? This would be a blind buy for me, as I never saw it @ the Theater. heard good things tho

And I just checked again, the listing on Amazon is working now, and available for order.

Best Buy's listing does not indicate Steelbook.
