The S&H at Sleevetown is absolutely brutal, if you live in Canada.

They wanna charge me $40 S&H for $21 of merchandise.

Wish there was a place in Canada.

$37 for 100 BluRay Disc Case (NO logo)

I went to check out and it was only $14 for S&H

~$55 (might be different S&H for other parts of country) for 100 Cases

Found this link on the thread linked to earlier:

These certainly LOOK like the Elite cases by the image. I really wish we could find some 3+ disc cases somewhere though

I buy all my cases from this guy on ebay. All the listings have free shipping. The cases look good but the bluray logo is lighter than "real" cases.http://stores.shop.ebay.com/yama2yam...34Q2ec0Q2em322

Thanks. I'll probably be buying from that guy. I need to buy a couple for the Bond movies that I bought in volumes, plus I think I wrecked one of my cases when I was opening it.

Really wish we could buy 5 disc cases already though

Free free free

That's weird, because at the BBV i work at, all the rental blu-rays come prepackaged without the original cases

Some video rental stores are idiots and just throw them out because they use the lockable boxes.

well the thing is that we too get some of our rental blus pre-packaged in rental cases so in that case we're stuck with those, however at least 1 of every 3 titles released come in the actual blu-ray cases from which we have to remove them and prep them in the rental ones. we keep those spares in drawers which we switch out for people when customer buy previously used ones. but we have plenty to go around so theres never a shortage and if customers ask for a few extra here and there we generally tend to have no problem handing them out. mostly this fact has to do with store manager and how they want their staff to handle and stock bluray cases and how many. thats ultimately why some stores have an abundance of them and others have none.

-on another note.. glad to see my advice helped you out in picking up some free stuff.

I was in my local Blockbuster the other day, and asked when I bought 2 previously viewed BRs, if they had some of the original cases. The guy swapped out my regular DVD cases for the originals, and gave me an extra one when I told him I'd bought one awhile back w/o getting the original case. It must have been a change in management or something, because ALL the employees were friendly, unlike a previous time when I'd asked if they kept the original cases, and was told "No" in as many words.

Angry

At the Blockbuster I went to, I asked for the original case and the girl said, "This is the original case."
I said, no, that I wanted the blue case. She said, "Black is cooler than blue."
I said they had different cases than DVDs and she told me they didn't.
Finally, a manager came over. "What seems to be the problem?"
I asked if they had the original cases and he said they never get them.
He left and she said, and I quote, "Blu-rays is stupid."

Thumbs down

I'm getting about 50 myself from Sleevetown because I hate the "eco-friendly" new Blu cases that have the sides all cut out. They feel flimsy and not very protective of the disc

Haha, oh Blockbuster, how I hate you sometimes. My local store likely throws out the original blu cases since almost all of their pre-viewed discs are in DVD sized cases.
2849 DVDs,
2416 Blu-rays,
165 HD DVDs,
144 Laserdiscs
& counting...
