I bought this on release and it is not a digibook in America. It is a digipack. No book was ever included. It's size is that of a digibook though...

Ah, I only meant it's not in a normal plastic case, it's in a larger cardboard package

I just bought the 20th Anniversary edition of this fantastic film at Target and for some reason I can't seem to find the UV code. Did I get screwed and get the one blu ray without the UV code slip, or is the code hidden somewhere????

On the back of the case does it say it comes with a UV code? If it does and there wasn't a piece of paper in the case with a code on it then you can contact Universal and ask them for one. Just tell them it didn't come with one and they will likely ask for proof of purchase.

I'm kind of confused why this isn't in my collection Well, wasn't in my collection This is one of those absolutes that seem to be in every collection. Maybe I didn't want to be reminded of the evil that man can bring upon man but I think that was Spielberg's intention for the film, to remind people of what happened during the War but also remind people that there was also some humanity left in such a hellish world, even in the Nazi Party itself. I look forward to seeing it again. I had forgotten how many Academy Awards this film had won. Quite impressive.

Just received this release. Beautiful packaging with thick slip Ordered Friday and received it today. That's the first time I have ever received any mail on a Sunday. I was getting a bit miffed with Amazon Prime but they came through.

I really wish Universal would release this in a standard case. Nothing wrong with the digipack but I just want this in a standard case.

Ugh.

Ugh.
I think the DVD, which originally came in a cardboard book-type case, eventually was released in normal packaging, wasn't it?

I bought this the day it was released. I need to watch this again. Absolutely amazing remastering.

I haven't seen this in years, and it was on the double sided DVD then. It's all on one disc now, right?
