Check their Tax Information FAQ on WBShop b/c they charge tax in about half the states now.

Well I just got an odd one.

Ordered:
Deliverance, Blazing Saddles, Austin Powers, Clockwork Orange, Being There, Soylent Green and Dog Day Afternoon and THX 1138

THX is backordered, but in my box (received today with no tracking info. sent) instead of Soylent Green I have....

"What's New Scooby Doo?" Volume 4 on DVD.... on DVD, not even blu-ray.

I received my order last week. To answer/confirm a few common questions: I sent in all seven disks from my HD-DVD Heroes season 1, and it worked just fine. I don't know where else I would have been able to obtain any value for that set. (I re-purchased the Season 1 set on Blu before Christmas for $8.99)

I'm placing and order for 25 and I'm just using a handful of old WWE DVD sets to trade in. Hopefully I won't run into any issues trading in individual discs of sets, but it looks like nobody has had much problem doing this.

They're sending out Soylent Green and they said I can keep Scooby. Although when they add some more films to this offer they'll be getting that Scooby disc back again.

I don't live in one of those states, yet they charged tax on my order. I ordered some cheap TV sets from WBshop a couple weeks ago and there was no sales tax added to that. I wonder if it was a glitch?

Anyway, I still haven't mailed in my discs. With unexpected deals popping up this month (like the complete Star Trek for $70 at Deep Discount), I can't really afford to take advantage of this deal at the moment. I'm thinking of e-mailing them to cancel the previous order (might want to add/remove a couple titles) and submit another one in February.

I just called these guys to see where my order is, they couldn't find my order even after I gave them my order #.
Finally after 15 minutes on the phone the CS rep told me that it was still in the processing window of 4-6 weeks.....that's nice, but doesn't explain why they couldn't find an order # ?, hope I get these.

Some states expect you to report and pay those uncharged sales taxes when you file your tax return...

Does anyone know what Warner Bros. or Best Buy does with these disc trade-ins? At least when Best Buy keeps the cases, which makes it possible to sell them to a distributor. I have no idea what WB is doing--or if they are doing anything--with these trade-ins.

Did everyone get their orders completed ?....They received my discs on Jan. 3 and still nothing! It's been 10 weeks !!!!!....I sent them my discs on Dec.19th

If they don't have merchandise why the hell would they run these programs ?

And I have called them twice already, last time the woman said, well it's only a little over 6 weeks.....yea.....well, they set the timetable at 6 weeks.
