The I want it now culture is awful and its not just movies.
Luxury cars, Americans are so impatient that Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, among others cut the wait time down to nearly 20% compared to purchasers from the rest of the globe. I say this example due to the limited nature of the cars and their quantities.
Fine dining as well, there is a restaurant in Japan, Jiro's with approximately 1 year wait for most occasions. Many others of the same nature.
Patience is a wonderful thing. For those whining about the delay, you're paid up, you'll get it, relax, watch other movies, get a hobby, enjoy the company of another human or pet.
I order custom everything, international orders, small businesses, this wait is nothing by comparison to waiting 5 months for a femur to heal, I know.
Or maybe it's the patient people that are the problem, setting time wasting standards and making things slow for everybody!
