You know what I will always remember most from this movie?

Santa's Russian nesting doll.

But seriously, didn't think of that. But why would it work for Peter Pan and Perks but not Guardians?

How do I know an update is ready?

Thanks,

Z
Ugh... irony!

We just watched the movie and there was two points in the movie were the movie froze up. I have a Samsung BD-1590. Anyone having similar issues with that model? There is a circular scratch about an inch from the outside edge. I don't know if I should bother taking it back or wait for a firmware upgrade. There hasn't been one in nearly a year for my player, though.

To answer the question, if you have your player hooked up to the interweb, you should be able to go into the menu and update it automatically. If you don't, you need to visit the website of manufacturer, go to "support" and see what's available. There should be comprehensive instructions.

Then that makes more sense. These recent releases from Dreamworks will also get the same re-release.

How To Train Your Dragon
Kung Fu Panda (1 & 2)
Madagascar (1,2 & 3)
Megamind
Puss In Boots
Shrek (1,2,3 & 4)

I'll go ahead and get it if it comes with movie cash. I was already wanting to see Epic anyways.

Epic is made by Blue Sky, not Dreamworks. The next release for Dreamworks is Turbo, which comes out in July.

Has anyone picked up the Holiday Edition of this? Is there anything different about it, aside from the red slipcover?

Not sure about the BD, but on the DVD I saw them advertising added special features. Didn't look to see what they were though.

From my search online, I just saw the DVD version comes with an elf toy and more bonus (relative to previous DVD release possibly), but not sure about BD. I guess I need to see it in person in store to get more details.

I picked this up during its release week and am just now getting around to watching it... Holy crap, it is epic.

The scene where
[Show spoiler]Sandman is enveloped by the dark dreams and Jack obliterates them all with his frosty sonic boom
made me want to burst into applause.

Such a great and underrated film.

Sorry to bump a slightly older thread, but does anyone know is the Holiday Edition's slipcover matches the actual case art?

No, it's the same exact case / disc aside from the slipcover.
