I loved Les Miserables, and plan to get it on blu-ray. But his "Honest" trailer is funny imho:

I wanted to like the "Honest Trailer," but the maker of that seemed to fundamentally misunderstand all the key parts of the story -- many of the "funny" observations just aren't accurate at all.

Which can be a criticism of the movie -- that it wasn't clear enough for this guy to understand what was happening -- but it stops it short of being funny.

I thought it was funny, but yeah they didn't understand the movie. Or they pretended not to understand to make it humorous.

Check out this LOTR "honest" trailer, which "Honestly" misinterprets the Eye of Sauron into something....er....else...

The company that makes these videos basically goes to the IMDB boards, list off everything people are complaining about, and then make a "funny" video about it. Most of them truely suck and are childish (accept for this one, in which the singing part is wonderful, and Titanic, which had me on the floor laughing.) Overall, they are usually a hit or a miss most of the time.

Favorite Films Of 2012: Cloud Atlas, Perks Of Being A Wallflower, Prometheus, Les Misérables, Dark Knight Rises, Life of Pi, The Hobbit, Moonrise Kingdom, Silver Linings Playbook, Skyfall, and The Impossible.
Honorable Mention: Titanic 3D

That trailer shows how difficult comedy can be. The only time I laughed was when they were showing the cast and called Anne Hathaway Susan Boyle.
