If I did the conversion right it does seem like good prices, would be nice to see this sorts thing be available on this side of the pond but frankly I either already have all of these or had and traded them, but yeah hopefully it is the start of a trend.

I do believe that they are 3D discs only ! No 2d blu rays included so pointless to me as I don't always feel like getting the glasses out every time I want to watch a film. Good price though

Usually when it's a 3D-only disk, there's an onscreen option to play it in 2D (presumably by cutting off one of the streams).

That's not usually the case with Disney or Warner combos--which like to make special 3D menus for their separate disk--but that's been the case with the IMAX, Dreamworks and Fox (Dawn Treader) titles I've picked up that used to be one-disk Bundle exclusives.

Just got my Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs/Monster House/Open Season set and they DO play in 2D also. There is even a sticker on the front that says also plays in 2D.
I was well chuffed I got this for £17.99

Presumably it will be the same for the Green Hornet/Priest/Resident Evil Afterlife set released in November.
The cheapest I have preordered this for is £29.99 with a code from Tesco Entertainment (as HMV didnt honour the £17.99 price for this set)

I bought each one of these separately on Amazon earlier this year and with all honesty can say that they were terrible 3D movies. Open Season 3D was so bad (not just the 3D, but the story) that I turned it off after 20 minutes. Thankfully I sold that movie along with Avatar 3D for $140, LOL.

so folks..the truth is, these 3D movies are reference quality 3D movies and this box set is great value for money

Yup, OS and Cloudy both have excellent 3D. Though I also agree OS story is catered to kids and hence perhaps "terrible" to adults. Monster House is another story that is in the same vein as OS but the reviews on its 3Dmatography is awesome. And that's why I recentely ordered a copy. Should be in within a week. Hopefully, it's a 3D feast just as mentioned in the review. I want those darn fall leaves blow inside my house.

That multipack of OS Cloudy and Monster House is creme de la creme.

Thank You! Another Question. So Will this play on a 2D tv with a 3d player. Btw yes i do have a 3D TV and another 3D player I just wonder if i can watch either one on my other TV.

I know I responded to your pm, but in case anyone else has the same question,

on the cloudy w a chance of meatballs multipack it won't play unless it's hooked up to a 3D tv

but the green lantern multipack also includes the blu ray disc of each film so those would work. they cost a little more i think that pack was about 40 dollars when i ordered it.
