Companies who make locking ends??? - Blu-ray Forum

I've been looking around the internet to find locking ends for my sub cable an I found 3 companies so far KnuKonceptz,Acoustic Research, an Ultralink Im trying to find others but seem to come up with nothing?

I don't want to really go over $50.00 max $75 but from what I see it really looks like slim pickings

any suggestions or companies you can think of would be greatly appreciated. I have a monoprice cable now an I really dont care for it I tried a lower end audioquest before that an eh

it barely stayed on my sub.

You can buy locking RCA plugs and terminate the cables yourself.

Nice Big daddy to the rescue!!!

You know of any companies besides av outlet off the top of your head by chance that the wire is assembled for you with the lock ends? Have you ever bought from them before ? Do you recommend av outlet?

From top of my head, I can think of Sound Doctor. They make custom cable. I am sure they can make them with locking RCA terminals.

I just remebered that RAM Electronic and BlueJean Cales make custom subwoofer cables with good RCA terminals that don't come loose.

I use a variety of subwoofer cables from Monoprice, Amazon, Mediabridge, BlueJean, Monster, and cables that I made myself. I have as many cables in my garage as Amazon's warehouse.

Wow! Good thing is I know who to refer to on all of my Subwoofer needs! Just I hope I choose a good cable cause I really don't like the monoprice one at all an I thought that was a good choice oh well hindsight is 20/20 I guess.

I own a pair of KnuKonceptz speaker wires. I also own a 12 foot AR master series sub cable. I am happy with both.

I can vouch for the Blue Jeans Cable LC-1 Analog Audio Cable = Subwoofer cable (NON-Locking) and their BJC Belden Bonded-Pair HDMI Cable.

I can also vouch for all of the AR Master Series cables subwoofer, stereo, component , etc (All Locking) . Even their 10-guage speaker wire is great.

Both are great cable manufactures, built with quality in mind.

Also the Blue Jean can be ordered to your desired length needed in 1-Foot increments.

I know there's lots of debates about cables, but I believe in buying good cables.

However I will not buy Monster unless there's a great deal to be had at the time of need.

I went with AR for now will see how how I like it I'm tempted to try another as well but will see the AR seems very sturdy for the pics will see.

Another vote for Blue Jean ! They've always used quality cable stock, and then they really expanded their offerings when they added their ultrasonic welding capabilities.
