I still love the fact that once unwrapped it looks like a Spider-Man steelbook and not a trilogy one.
I like to have my steelbooks containing individual movies. Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises are all individual movies per case. I just think of it as a Spider-Man steelbook with 2 bonus discs. I nearly took the other 2 films out and replaced them with the 2-disc DVD of the first one, I still might one day.

Almost a month since shipment and I still haven't received this from Amazon.de.

That does seem like quite a long time. Start chasing them up I guess. Mine arrived to the UK in 3 days (not quite the same as the US I grant you).

I personally ship items there all the time as well and it usually takes around 10-14 days (if you include US customs dispatch time), so unless there's holiday backup - it's probably lost. Ok, now to figure out what how to navigate the site to message them. The site in German always mucks me up.

You can contact them in English when you state your issue. I've only had to do it once (ironically about Spider-Man) and while a little tricky at first it all worked out okay.

It's actually quite nice. I picked one up because this is the best looking SPIDER-MAN SteelBook out there and I can't bring myself to buy those FS ones even if they went down to $5.00 each.
As it turns out, I like the fact that the three of them are in one SteelBook because it is a series I don't watch that often anyway, so it's more compact in my collection so that there is room for other SBs like THE DARK KNIGHT and AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. |

I like the fact that if you keep this and The Amazing Spider-Man side-by-side the logos are all pretty much at the same height.

Totally agree, as a steelbook it's okay but nothing really fantastic but it's nice to get rid of the chunky boxset that was taking up 2 and a bit spaces on the shelf and just get all 3 films in the one case and the fact it's a steelbook is a bonus. Like you I very rarely watch the Spiderman films these days simply because I think they've aged horribly.
