OK then we'll wait for Wesslan to answer about this mystery.
I had the chance to check the french disc since last time when we already talked about this listing which seems problematic, and now I can assure that AT and FR disc are identical. The UK disc is probably the same as the US (as it's VC-1 and BD25) The AU disc is totally different (different distributor, different language options etc) Now we just wait to see what EU stands for, as I'm not aware of any other european release... |

Drugstore Cowboy:
JP: AVC, LPCM 2.0, 1.78:1 - BD25, couldn't find the bit rate specs for this release, but my Oppo shows that it has a pretty decent bit rate and I can assure that the picture quality is very good with plenty of grain and no DNR/EE issues US: No release Summer of Sam: FR: 1080i, AVC, DTS-HD MA, region locked? US: No Release Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai: FR: 1080i, AVC 19996 kbps, DTS-HD MA 2056 kbps, forced french subtitles on English audio, region B locked US: No Release Specs for the Japanese release of Buffalo '66: AVC 38000 kbps, Dolby TrueHD Audio 668 kbps Specs for the Japanese release of Dancer in the Dark: AVC 36932 kbps, DTS-HD MA 1871 kbps Also, I have both the US and the UK releases of City of God, clearly from the same master and while the UK release has the proper aspect ratio you should mention that it has some HORRIBLE compression issues when it comes to blacks/night scenes, there are some macro blocking issues in the nigh scenes for the US version, but on the UK is much worse.

Home Alone 2: Lost In New York (Germany)
you already had the bitrate for PQ. confirmed at 29979 kbps & on a BD-50 vs BD-25 for US. Much higher bitrate for the German Blu-ray Audio is English DTS-HD MA 5.1 3707 kbps/48 kHz/24-bit You didn't have the audio listed. Got my disc in today from Amazon.de

Yeah, I enjoy it for the mindless action and what not. I didn't pay $6 for it anyway. Now, AVP: Requiem is a steaming pile of manure.

Couldn't say : never saw it, never really wanted to see it, know nothing about it.
![]() P.S. I'm familiar with the American 1956 version, which I liked as a kid, but I assumed you were referring to the 1998 remake. I've never heard anything but bad things about that one - was I misinformed?
