Some greats already mentioned on this thread. Not sure these were covered though.

The Late Show (1977 - Art Carney/Lily Tomlin) - great homage to the potboiler Bogart detective films of the 40's. Not on Blu yet.

Big Wednesday (1978 - Jan Michael Vincent/Gary Busey) - John Milius' surfing opus and a real snapshot of what it was like growing up in Southern California during the Vietnam era. Some great surfing footage. Shame it's not on Blu yet.

Twilight's Last Gleaming (1977 - Burt Lancaster) - little seen film in the vein of Fail Safe, Seven Days in May, etc. On Blu from Olive Films.

It's just a coincidence that all three of these were made within a year of each other.
