How do I delete bookmarks on my Sony BDP-S360?

Even though all the sources say that the Sony BDP-S360 has no internal memory, it does have one for Bookmarks because it remembers the bookmarks on all the BDs I've played even though I do not have a USB flash drive attached.

Well, one of my BDs cannot delete its bookmarks. So, the bookmarks are stuck. I figured I'd try to delete it from my player, but I don't know how. I looked all over the player's menus and it can only delete data from the external memory, but it won't delete the bookmarks, which stored in the internal memory.

There MUST be a way to clear the data from this player. I know this is a very popular unit, so someone here must know how.

Can someone let me know how to clear the bookmark data on the Sony BDP-S360 player?

Try reseting the player to factory defaults.
