I only noticed a couple scenes in one of the earlier episodes that would switch from HD to SD. The rest of the season was fine. Hopefully someone else can chime in though since it's been a while since I watched it.

Just checked the review on this site:

Quote:
The only real eyesores come in episode two. It seems some of the film elements weren't located for the release, and many scenes have been sourced from standard definition video (see screenshot 10), yielding fuzzy textures, false colors, jagged lines, and poor clarity. The switch is jarring, but such scenes are brief though rather plentiful. Otherwise, the rest of the episode's scenes dazzle. Overall, this is a very good transfer from Mill Creek.

You think I'm a hero? I am not a hero. And if you're smart, that scares you. Because I have nothing to lose.

Season 3 would not have come out until May at the earliest, so we aren't really behind at all. They were releasing new seasons with 7 month gaps.

March 2012 - Season 1
October 2012 - Season 2
May 2013 - Season 3

Season 2 was officially announced about 8 weeks before release. They could announce it in the next few days and release it in late June/early July. Not really much of a delay.

Season 1 was originally supposed to come out in 2011 but did not because they added BEHIND THE GREEN SCREEN FEATURE and also STUIPDLY added season 2 episode inside looks on season 1 set THAT SHOULD been on SEASON 2 SET

It doesn't matter when it was supposed to come out, just when it did.

Point being regardless, season 3 would not have been out before May 2013 which the month hasn't even started yet. Not that it will be out next month, but there isn't much of a delay yet. If the whole summer goes by without even a season 3 announcement, then people can worry.

IT DOES MATTER because IT APPEARS MILL CREEK is idioticly sticking to a 1 a year release schedule unless delays happen

1 a year? Both seasons were released in 2012 last year.

Yes, originally but that's not what happened. One came out in March the other in October. No reason why they couldn't release 2 seasons a year.

I already tried to explain that to him. They were never doing 1 a year. If the 1st season came out in 2011, season 2 would have come out accordingly.

No need to be so harsh.

So what they won't finish releasing these till 2018, doing one a year? I'm not so sure that will happen, but time will tell.

I agree, that's why I'm hoping they would release at least 2 seasons a year.

D'oh, should have thought to check the review. So it looks like the SD upscales are only in one episode.

watching ep. 2 right now. It isn't that bad, but it is noticeable. The first episode (and rest of ep 2) looks just as good as season 1 though.
