Rock on. I just watched it again about a week ago because my daughter was home. We like a lot of the same movies, so when we have time together I always put on something I know will draw her out of her room and into the living room with me. I don't even ask her teenaged ass to join me, because I know she'll come down all on her own at the sound of certain movies.
I mostly come out at night...mostly.

That's awesome!

Yeah, I ended up watching the Blu-ray last night, and the PQ was much better than I was expecting.

I was happy to get a copy at Wal-Mart last week myself as well. I had completely forgotten that this originally had a slip cover, nice find! I plan on possibly picking up the Remastered Evil Dead II this week when I get groceries, but we'll see

Thanks!! Finding a copy with lenticular slipcover was icing on the cake. Now a days it's hard to find that slipcover. I'm planning on going back and getting Evil Dead II as well.

Thanks bud!! Not sure if I like the blu lenticular slipcover or the DVD lenticular slipcover. Both are very cool and unique in their own ways.

one thing that bothered me about the BD is just after the scene when
[Show spoiler]the housekeeper hangs herself
it jumps back to an overview shot of the burial grounds when Louis & Jud are burying Church... the scene completely doesn't belong there, but it was also on the special edition DVD. not sure if it was also on the original DVD release... just a nitpick, but kinda strange...

Seriously envious of those finding this for $7.88 at Walmart. I haven't even been able to find spectacular now ffs.
