GM my friend.

Exciting stuff adding acoustic treatment! makes for a big difference in sound.

Panels are here, having second thoughts on placement. 4 panel 2' x 3' , 3 panels 2' x 4' . Two 2x3 goes behind fronts, two 2x3 at reflection points outlets restrict longer. One 2x4 on back wall w/ 2' as width, one 2x4 on each side wall w/ 4' as width above record cabinets and behind equipment. All comments welcome, and links to panel placement sites. Thanks

I have to say it agrees with me. Nice being able to do things without someone else either getting mad or wanting to do something else.

It makes sense to me as far as your placement is concerned, although I'm not sure the one panel on the back wall will do much...you may require more. Better yet, get a 4x4 diffuser panel.

It's to late, had Showtime Movie on, not a real test. Check calibration in the morning after gym and have a listen. My back wall is a issue it leads to down staircase without a door. I have a 2x4 left and thinking of ordering 2 2x2's w/ the 2x4 in center like a T to get around light switch and outlet. I'll sleep on it.

Looks good John, I hope you will hear the difference after you re-calibrate.

I started moving equipment around, my clear tt and thorens on ht played a few albums then it dawn on me to put the kappas as fronts on the ht, man I can dismantle the analog everything, I played was an improvement. Also played bluray, tv, Flac on the htpc via network it was nice. At a dilemma. should i have two setups or consolidate and pick up a Kappa center for now and use the Jamo surrounds and subs. Guess I'll sleep on it. Bottom line the kappas are much better speakers then my Jamo's S 600's.

Evening crazdogg.

Glad to hear you like the Kappa's pulling double duty. If you can find a center at a reasonable cost, that's what I'd probably do. Can't say as I'd go single system thoughx but that's just me. It's fun to have another system to play with ya? :thumbsup
