Yep, indeed it (sadly) is. I bit the bullet on the TT release when it came out since I loved this movie, but don't import Blu's. There's a slim chance Sony may take it back from TT and release it in the future (since it sold out at TT earlier this year), but if you like the movie enough, I wouldn't risk waiting to find out. It usually runs about $40ish brand new on eBay, obviously cheaper if you can tolerate used or imported.
Collector of stuff...

Small correction FWIW: there's nothing for Sony to "take . . . back." They retain the rights to the titles they license to Twilight Time. TT simply has permission to market and sell 3,000 copies for three years.

Skim/search the Twilight Time's Release Schedule thread for more context, but I personally wouldn't count on either a TT re-release of this pic or a direct SPHE 1080 BD release. The few titles TT has re-released have been hard(er) genre titles which sold out in far less time than AGAIG. This pic was a Best Picture nominee starring no less than Nicholson and Hunt and it still took I think over three years to sell 3,000 copies.

If anything, I think SPHE might be looking at a UHD BD release, say, 18 months from the (CES 2016?) launch of that format.
