NJ. I've been to three DTs in the area in the past two weeks and that was the only new blu that I've seen. And there was only that one copy at the one store. So, not sure to what to make of it yet but it did scan at the register.

The only one I might be interested in is the Titanic miniseries.

Can anyone recommend it? Is it worth my time? (I know it is only a dollar )

I'm not expecting a love story or fantastic acting but I'm interested in the history aspect. I've been interested in the disaster since I was a kid.

I think the Documentary about the Titantic Sisters adds more value to the disc than the series, but don't know if you'll come across it. This was one that only had 1 or 2 per store and the stores have already ran dry.

Hmm...Thanks! I guess if I run into a DS I'll look but am not going to go out of my way though, I didn't know there was a doc on there too!

Yeah, it's called The Curse of the Titanic Sisters. I haven't watched mine yet, but I definitely need to get around to checking it out. I saw the miniseries when it was on TV and I thought it was pretty decent. For $1, I had to pick it up.

I found the Titanic mini-series at a Big Lots for $5 a few months back. I blind bought it and was so incredibly bored with it.

Damn, split votes I suppose. Well, if I'm near a DT ill pop in but I'm not going out of my way. The doc has to be worth the $1 though.

Well I finally picked up Gross Anatomy at my local Dollar Tree. There has been a couple copies sitting there in the electronic section for a long time. For a dollar, what the heck. Also picked up Paperboy which I passed over during the initial wave of the most recent blu's to hit the DT. My local DT still had probably 40 copies of Trespass & Rampart combined. Nice!

I remember us talking about it earlier in this thread. I'm glad you finally found it. I hope I didn't build it up in your mind to be more than it actually is. With that said, I do consider it a very good movie.

Oh not at all....but for a buck nothing wrong with an 80's comedy/drama. Looking forward to checking it out!

I'd say it's more of a straight up drama. I don't really remember any comedy in it.
