Really surprised people are buying the "I bought x amount of this steelbook for family and then Play cancelled my order" bs. Sorry, but I don't buy it. I haven't heard any other stories like this, so I'm almost 100% sure you ordered such a large number in order to make a massive profit from selling them on.

Well, after Play.com cancelled some of my orders, I called them and they told me that they were out of stock. They didn't say they cancelled the orders because I ''ordered too many''. When I phoned them and asked if there was a limit (before the Iron Man steelbook release), they told me that there was ''a limit'' of 5 per ACCOUNT, but you could order more without problems.

So I don't really know if everyone is telling the truth. I just came back from the theater, watched The Expendables 2 (much better than part one, CHUCK NORRIS, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, SYLVESTER STALLONE, JET LI, BRUCE WILLIS, JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME ((A.K.A 'THE MUSCLES FROM BRUSSELS), JASON STATHAM, DOLPH LUNDRGEN )) .

Wait... I forgot what I wanted to say:
- So I just came back from the theater and I have received a lot of PM's. Many people are asking me to sell one steelbook or to trade one with them. I'm just a customer, I am not a retailer!

Play.com has send me 5 steelbooks, probably a mistake. But that is not a reason to start giving them away, I am not a charity . I hope you understand this, you would do the same in my position. I opened a thread a while back, to sell one steelbook @ cost price, but moderators closed it. Can't do anything about that, sorry.

Probably best not to start this subject again, the Mods have already given fair warning,one more outburst about multiple copies being bought and this threads getting locked.

It wasn't an outburst. I just fail to see why people are allowed to say "let's support this person for his cancelled order!" but we're not allowed to say why he shouldn't be supported. Anyway, got mine the the other day and just disappointed this is only a single disc release. I want space for my special features disc.

You could replace the holder with a two disc one. Just a thought.

+1 You guys are naive if you think a student bought 50+ copies as gifts for his 'extended family'. Unless he is the worlds richest student and he got 50 uncles who all happen to be steelbook enthusiasts

There is hundreds of people who missed out on this steelbook so all these posts of 'give it to xxx' are disgraceful. A scalper deserves it least of all. How about let the guy decide himself what to do with them.
