I'm seeing price drops for international items again (search setting is "All Countries", but I only saw price drops for US titles before). It was fixed several days ago, but now it's back...

Slightly better. The deals bar is back to normal but the site locale is still off. When set to the US or UK (longer country names) the site locale wraps to two lines like this:

When the site locale is set to All Countries the "All Countries" part is on the first line but the icon is all alone on the second line like this:

When a country with a short name is selected the site locale is all on one line.

In all three cases the Site Locale appears to be indented at a fixed position when compared to the "Logged in as" or "Unread PMs" lines.

Not a perfect solution, but first change the search drop down to search all countries (the globe) and then click on the little B-icon in the top right next to Site Locale. This will make it so that the deals shown are based on your "Show movies from" setting but searches should work for all countries.
