I was trying to figure out if this is a Offer Price or is the new price because the sales of this set are not what Warner expected...

-It seems the offer finished.- Right Now is £98.95

Yeah, I was going to say that it must be a sale price because the price was too low for a regular price drop. I do agree that it probably undersold though (otherwise why fire sale it in the first place?).

FYI, in the future on Amazon UK, keep in mind you pay about 14.5% less than the item page tells you once you check out with a US address. The price they show on the item page includes VAT - since you are having it sent to the US, they subtract the VAT. There is also a setting so you can view in USD how much it is.

I also noticed the last few times they allowed me to choose to have my card charged in USD or GBP - which is nice since card companies often charge you a % or 2 to convert. They keep making it easier and easier to buy from Amazon UK. All the major box sets I've gotten from them - I always prefer their packaging, plus they are usually HELLA cheaper. I paid just $100 for Friends the week it came out - and I think even after the last minute price drop, it was at least $150 for the US version - and I greatly prefer the UK packaging in real Blu-ray cases in a snazzy but compact box. Had to wait a few extra days to get it but it was totally win win - same with Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and a bunch of other sets.
If you have to whip out a microscope to decide if you like a Blu-ray or not, you are missing the point.

Right now the cheapest price so far is in the WB Shop

$ 114.96 for the complete Set with lenticular and cardboard.

The UK packaging seems to be better (haven't received yet though). But I found a better one.

The Brazilian one: Since the inside boxes a sort of difipack with plastic supports -Like the UK Star Wars Set-

The UK packaging, in my opinion, is better.

They are real, actual, Blu-ray cases. Each disc has it's own slot. It's one of those filppable Viva-elite types where you flip through the plastic dividers that have a disc safely housed on each side. It's quite remarkable how many discs they can get in such a small space that way, and still protect each and every disc with it's own dedicated place.

Amazon.com Price right now is 142 -was 165- for the whole set with lenticular.

So. Still the best option is to buy it from the WB Shop at 114.96

Complete Series is currently available for ~$76 before tax from WB Shop using the coupon codes RETAILME20 & RETAILME20HE.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to pull the trigger. Seems like a pretty incredible price.

I'm interested in this framing question too..

I can confirm that it's the same, yes.
Also the scene with Rachel and Joey sailing, and some Days of Our Lives footage... cropped and zoomed from 4:3.

There's a New Yorker comic that goes like this, which I'm afraid is the case here:

"No, Thursday's out. How about never—is never good for you?"

I borrowed the disc the episode was on from a friend to find out, guess they had no choice but to do that to get it 16:9.
