why would you use movies as drink coasters? what a waste

I think it goes:

When A Stranger Calls Back
When A Stranger Calls
(remake)
When A Stranger Calls (original)

The Sequel to the Original is one fine piece of cinema!

I still need to see the sequel... the remake, IMO, is one of the absolute most boring wastes of time I've ever sat through. The original was better but it definitely shows that it was a short film he expanded to feature length. MAN is that middle act slooooooooooooooooooooooooow...

Count me as another person who'd recommend this release; it's two pretty good cult horrors for super-cheap with a surprisingly strong technical presentation. You just need to live with the ugly cover art xD

I actually liked the remake of When a Stranger Calls. Nothing groundbreaking, but surprisingly effective.

The house was quite creepy.

I've looked for this Blu-ray in stores for months, but have been unsuccessful in my search so far. I finally ordered a new copy today from a third-party Amazon seller for two dollars.

I have not seen either film in ages, so this should be a pleasant trip down memory lane.

Happy Birthday to Me has aged quite well and that ending is so crazy, it helps immensely in smoothing out any bumps that came before it. The transfer on this disc is surprisingly great, too.
I can't stand the quiet.

FS: Halloween - The Complete Collection (NEW) with Corrected H4 Disc. $75 shipped.
