Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D - I need help turning 3D off

So, the last time I watched this movie, it was when I took my PS3 over to a friend's house who has a 3D tv. Now I'm trying to watch it again on my Sony Bravia that is 2D only, but the PS3 still has it in 3D mode, even when I choose to play from the beginning. I can hear the menu music and sound effects, but since I'm unable to see anything, I was hoping someone here can, I suppose, show me the button combos/layout/order/whatever, to navigate me into turning off 3D please.

after you get past that sony info and the warning and maybe one trailer it should go to the menu (no button presses except fast forward or skip). Once you get to the menu it will default to play movie. Hit enter once. Right once (to select 2d) and enter again. enter again to play

So once you're at the menu: enter, right, enter, enter

If that doesn't work you could always delete the BD data (under BD data utility) on the ps3

For some reason I couldn't find the BD Data in the utility folder the first time, that was actually one of the first things I originally tried doing, but this time I did find it, but deleting it didn't help, however, your menu guide did! Thanks a bunch!
