Ok just to clarify if I were to cancel my current membership which is in VIP status and I open a new one, I should wait a couple days at least right? I'm in no rush and also to try to get some items for my enrollment on the phone for items I don't see on the sign up page say like for example

Thor: The Dark World (BD3D,BD,DC) Do I say the actual item and then the product code? (1195540) or should I just give the product code? what works best?

Yeah, first order. I'm new to this whole DMC thing. Thanks for the help. CFAQ doesn't mention any delays for newcomers so that's good to know. I'll go ahead and give CS a call to see what's up.

People have done it faster than a couple days, but generally a day or two is best.

Either way works fine, I usually just do the product code

The Mickey ears for my 101 Dalmatians order showed up today. 27 days after ordering, the commitment ears FINALLY showed up.

Got my enrollment today. Arrived exactly one week after ordering. Not too bad of a turn around time. All had slips except for The Wind Rises. So it looks like I'll be looking for one for that. Also, I have now ended up with an extra slip for Tales from Earthsea so if anyone is looking for that let me know.
