Ideas / Help Please.... - Blu-ray Forum

Hi there this is my first post in this area of the forum i hope all regulars are well..

So theres the nice hello out the way..... I have a problem. Im a UK resident and am looking for a blu ray home theatre system. 2.1 would be fine as well as 5.1 so im not fussed on that part but i have a few needs.
1. Needs to be multi region (BIG Priority)
2. Needs to play everything and anything i can get my hands on. which kinda is number 1.
3. Good sound quality / quality over loudness.

I know there isnt a massive list but i feel it might be somewhat tricky to tick all the boxes.

Does anyone have one or no of any that meet these criterias.

Any help would eb appreciated.

Welcome, I'm not that into all the technology but Alot of players can be made region free. If there is a player your interested, google model no. with region free and see if there's any guides. I did it with my old Sony player but all Blus are region free only unlocked for a DVD

So all blu ray players are region free for blu rays so no matter what blu ray player i get it will play USA/Canadian/UK/German Blu rays???

I wouldn't say all blu ray players are region free. If you are interested in one do some research on the model http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks
