Anybody know what is going on with the Canadian release of this? Amazon.ca keep pushing it back week by week and it has been removed from FutureShop.ca now. Not in the system of stores like HMV. Did Alliance cancel it? Was going to get my friend to pick it up in the US but then the US version didn't have a slipcover and the picture on Amazon.ca appeared that it would have a slipcover but starting to think I should have had them pick it up

I had pre-ordered the US Lionsgate edition from amz.ca months ago. Received it earlier this week. But looking at my order history, amz.ca removed the Lionsgate edition from their system and now only has the Alliance version listed. I didn't see any at FS when I was there. My Lionsgate edition didn't come with a slipcover.

The disc is amazing looking BTW. I'd just get the US version if you could.
