Be careful which ones you buy. There has been proof that many of the polybags available on the market actually breakdown chemically over time and release a very small amount of a chemical that eats away at and rusts the steelbooks. That's why I don't bother with them. They will be fine on the shelf so long as you are cautious about handling them. I always just make sure to create space on either side of the case and lift them straight up off of the shelf before sliding them in or out. I haven't received ANY damage on my steels over the last 5 or 6 years while using this technique.

That would suck if it actually rusted or ate away paint on the steelbook... eeek... Idk what to do now! I planned on getting some type of holder for them and displaying mine at my apartment because I have a nice built in shelf when you walk up the stairs inside of my apartment.

I think the holders I was going to get are like "plate holders?" Idk where to get those from either! They are like plastic holders for the steelbooks.
