After I did the firmware update on my daughters BDP-S580, she is missing several movies in her vudu account. Anyone else have this issue, if so how did you resolve it. I attempted to deactivate and reactivate her player but nogo.

Does anyone with one of these have problems with the wireless internet connection?

Netflix barely loads and streams around .3-.7 mbps. I find myself unplugging my router and the player every night to get a decent connection but it only holds for about an hour. Verizon swears the router is fine from their little tests they claim they do when I call them. The router is about 8 feet from the player
