Need advise: budget player with good file support

Hi all,
I'm looking for a budget player(110-140$ max) with good file support(it has to play most video files, including .WMV, if possible .flv aswell), good picture and DVD upscale. Since I live in Europe I don't care about the apps and the streaming it has(I wont be using them), I'll mainly be using it for BDs, DVDs and USB.
I have the sony BDP-s390 in mind, but I'm looking for other(better) options.

I've just bought a Pioneer BDP-150. It's cheap, fast, looks good and plays loads of video formats.

I just checked the specs and it doesn't seem to play .mkv files.
Also I've changed my mind about the bdp-s390(i dont want DRM in my movies) so I'm going to get an LG bd660(plays any file type I can think of, its cheap and also plays 3d blu-rays).
Still open to suggestions however.

now this new Samsung just came out and is on sale for $69.99. I haven't looked into details about it yet. Saw it the other day.

Forgot to mention that I'm from Europe and that Samsung isn't available here.
Also checked that Pioneer BDP-150 again and it seems like a great player, however it has cinavia so no buy.

Yes it does. mkv is a container and not a codec, hence they haven't listed it as such.
