Its a widespread problem, which Sony needs to fix.

There is provided workarounds, which seem to work though. So its not hopeless.

There are no planned release for previous seasons of How I Met Your Mother.

It's something I've been hoping to happen, but it's very unlikely.

I re-bought season 4 for 7.99 at Best Buy on Black Friday. The quality is great. Wish they would release the whole series. Sadly, the show was released at a time in which blu-ray was not very popular and was extremely expensive. I'm sure if they re-released the seasons on Blu they might sell pretty good.

It's not completely out of the question. The series has aired in HD since the very beginning so there would be little to no mastering issues to deal with.

When is it over? I haven't followed it closely, since I don't watch TV. I just caught a few episodes on TV when I was on holidays in Viet Nam.

It would make sense to release the complete series at once.

Are the later seasons still as good as the early ones?
