When I was totally broke I did the crazy seller thing and sold Last Chase for 75.00
Wish I hadn't though.

Was there ever any talk from Bill of Devil's Express (aka Gang Wars) coming to BD? I remember it taking forever for the DVD to finally get released. Having just watched a battered print at the local theater, I can't say it's one I would run out and buy. Who would have thought a karate master vs. subway demon movie would be so boring, with seemingly endless and thoroughly pointless shots of characters walking and talking (with their chit-chat thankfully drowned out by the generic if enjoyable funk soundtrack). And don't get me starting on the (anti-) climax! Still, it is a rare treat to watch an obscure film on actual film at a cool theater, so I have no real complaints. On the positive side, Seafood(?)'s bright orange overalls were a sweet fashion statement, and I do love shots of pre-gentrified NYC.

Just ordered Neon Maniacs and The Redeemer. Hope they are good. Anyone think otherwise? How about just before dawn?

If you're blind buying, Just Before Dawn and Savage Streets are your best bets.

Yes! Both of those films are fine examples of their respective sub-genres (the backwoods slasher and the rape/revenge).

I'd 'like' to get these new releases, but they still haven't opened up orders to international customers.

I'm pretty surprised that these haven't shipped yet. Last time around, the shipments were relatively quick after pre-orders went up.

He can't ship them if he hasn't received them.

Last time was 2 Blu-ray's so about 2500 disc, this time it's 5 movies so about 6000 disc so it will probally take longer to receive them
Every man's heart one day beats its final beat, his lungs breathe their final breath. And if what that man did in his life makes the blood pulse through the body of others and makes them bleed deeper than something that is larger than life, then his essence, his spirit will be immortalized.

I personally think it's totally understandable that he's a little behind schedule.

He hasn't received them yet (they're still listed as Pre-books on his shop), not to mention quite a bit more titles than last time. Once he gets them in, I expect he'll get them out as quick as possible.

Whenever Bill does get the discs in I hope he'll post a picture of them; it'd be amusing to see 1,000 copies of Savage Streets stacked against 1,200 copies of Neon Maniacs, etc.

It's only been just over a couple of weeks since I ordered these but the wait feels longer - maybe I'm just impatient. I'd imagine that the Easter and Passover holidays are adding to the slight delays, in fact there are delays. These could still start to show up in people's mailboxes any day. I hope there haven't been any manufacturing snafus or other issue
