What's the deal with releasing all of the Best of the Best films EXCEPT the first AND best Best of the Best movie? Anyone have an inside scoop with this?

Best of the Best 3: No Turning Back and Best of the Best: Without Warning are Miramax films and are being released through their deal with Echo Bridge. They don't have the rights to the first two films though.

Blame Sony for Best of the Best and blame Fox for Best of the Best 2.
