has anyone bought the double pack of deathly hollows and got the two movies? or is it every single copy that has the special features? they are still on the shelves and if it was all the copies i would think they would have taken them off the shelves by now. very tempted to buy them tomorrow and take my chances

WB still continues screwing up the harry potter releases constantly. It seems like they are trying to piss off the fans. They spent a year preparing for the harry potter wizard's collection and still manage to screw it up. It seems as if they are doing it on purpose now.

i received my set (entire collection) of HP doubles today, only 7.1 is wrong all other movies 1-6 & 7.2 are correct as labeled.
looks like i'm gonna have to contact WB somehow and see what's what. is there any word on an actual way to contact them? so far from what i've seen, all of the phone numbers or email contacts are dead ends. if anyone meets real success with a way to contact them about this and gets or has gotten their issue resolved, please post it in here so we all can get the ball rolling. thanks. oh yeah, if it's already been done, thanks please someone post a linked response.

i used the link sent given to me a couple of post back and emailed them about my issue.
i received a reply email from Sheri Bogard about the issue. she stated that they are aware of it and gave me a phone number to call to get my replacement disc sent to me. 1-800-553-6937 *option 4 i called the number today, used option 4 and spoke to a live representative. she was aware of the problem, she took my mailing information and told me i should receive my replacement disc within 2 - 4 weeks and if i have not to please call them and let them know. that part was pain free. i report back to this thread if i haven't received my replacement by the Saturday after Black Friday. best of luck to everyone else affected by this issue. it does look like WB is doing everything they can to correct this issue.
