In response to the first post, wouldn't the James Bond films be excluded since they technically aren't sequels in the traditional sense?

There's too many good sequels to count. It'd be a lot easier to just name sequels that were actually better than the original film.

Not really because it's still just 1 persons opinion. Some people are gonne like sequels better than an original and others won't
