Ugh I let the stupid packaging influence me too much again

If it does have things US doesn't it's not a complete loss... ill just have to double dip and make a complete package.

What's so wrong with the packaging of the Warner one? It fits just the on the shelf, it's just a little taller.

I picked up the Digibook release of this at Scarecrow Video here in Seattle (the finest video store in the WORLD, muthaf*cka). First of all, let me say that I LOVE Digibook packaging in general; I wish more classics would get released this way. Second of all, the transfer is FEE-NOM-IN-UL. And third of all, if you love KANE like I do, you need to watch THE SIN OF NORA MORAN, an awesome 1933 proto-noir that was a major influence on KANE because of its "narratage" flashback structure:

I'd never heard of it before, and was tipped off to its existence by a poster at the Classic Horror Film Board. I promptly looked it up on YouTube, watched the whole fabulous thing, and then proceeded to order the DVD from Amazon, where it's double-billed with another KANE influence, PRISON TRAIN (1938) which stars Linda Winters, who later dropped that stage name in favor of her real one, Dorothy Comingore!
