Finally, after my relentless pestering on social media Severin have admitted that they are working on 'The Baby' for BD!!

OK, this revisionism thing is starting to bug me. Why did Severin think a yellow tint was necessary for Thirst? This was never yellow in any of the TV airings or DVDs I've seen the film on, so why add a tint now? The film looks great otherwise but, man, that tint will be tough to overlook.

It was on TCM the other night. the HD transfer Severin struck looks great.

And can you link to the confirmation?

I just watched this yesterday and it definitely had some kind of amber tint going on. I was thinking the whole time "if movies were marshmallows, this one is now lightly toasted."
