I bought a copy of House of Wax off eBay. I am looking forward to adding to my golden era collection. I have Dial M for Murder, Inferno and Creature from the black lagoon so far and really enjoy them all. Am waiting on a region free Dragonfly squadron now.😛

It sure was better than some, but the last punch was missing. I agree with the review here at blu-ray.com in that 3D is serviceable, but not jaw-dropping. Or maybe I'm just getting too used to 3D in general.

The movie was great and the 7.1 soundtrack was fantastic
Agree there.

Piranha 3DD. This film has the best pop outs I have seen thus far! One made me jump, truly excellent. Not great depth during most of film but worth a watch.

Watched Xmen: DOFP. LOVED IT!!! Best Xmen movie yet, imo. Detail and dimension were sharp. Foreground placement was really well done thru out. There was some nice depth...not very strong or many....but when it was there it was noticeable and added to the movie nicely.

A very good 3D presentation. I thought one of the strongest 3D scenes was the Quicksilver scene (involving the bullets). That was awesome. Loved the music used in that scene as well. The climatic scenes were great as well. Only gripe would be not enough Sentinel battle scenes with the Xmen (Wolverine especially). Can't wait for Apcolypse!!

Just picked up Pacific Rim 3D at Walmart and saw A Turtle Tale Sammys Adventures 1 and 2 double feature for 10 bucks. Had to get it too after all of the great reviews I've read about them here.

The Double Feature listed on Blu-ray.com has A Turtle's Tale in 2D and A Turtle's Tale 2 in 3D. Confusing, but the note states: see individual titles for specs and details.

Thanks Paul H. That's kind of what I thought when I picked it up. Still hard to beat $10 for an excellent 3d experience.

I agree, and the song works really well with that scene, I also like quick silvers personality as he comes across as innocent and playful like a young child to me.

Thumbs up Finally..

The postie just turned up, fashionably late, and he bought me goodies!

I was doing my "please be Noah" song as I opened it, and Lo and behold I got Upside Down, luckily there was another package, so doing the song again...it worked, NOAH 3D!!!

The point is, I'm stoked with my postie, and with what arrived. I was getting worried, after all, it had been 29 days since I ordered Noah...

I hope it is as good as everyone says, I'm going to whack it on just as soon as it gets dark (bout 3 hours)!

Just finished watching Maleficent. I'm chalking this one up there with Frozen as two 3D Disney blus that SHOULD have been released in the states!! Maleficent was meant to be seen in 3D,imo. Depth, detail, foreground placement, and those GORGEOUS wide pan out shots that just seemed to stretch out forever were really well done in this 3D presentation. The visuals alone were really enhanced by the 3D. Import the 3D version my 3D brothas and sistas. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing.

Just amazing that this was not released in the major markets.

Amazing that the best conversions, like Titanic and Jurrasic Park and now this were never intended for 3D.

And amazing 3D. The depth was fantastic throughout, it made the scale of the ark something to behold.

I couldn't imagine seeing the watchers in anything but 3D, they looked really good in 3d goodness.

The actual movie was tops, even though the story is well known, it was still packed with drama and suspense, I couldn't recommend this one more.😍
