I disagree. It seems like Parker has a really major significant other relationship in Gwen Stacy (albeit in the comics it's a former relationship- but still very major). Two if you count his on again/off again dalliance with Felicia Hardy as Black Cat.

Also Peter isn't necessarily homo sapiens any more anyway.

CK and Lois are by far the longest-lived couple in comics (right?). And other than predated stories of CK growing up and Lana Lang, there weren't until recently any serious contenders for his affections. Which is why I'm sure it's a breath of fresh air for writers to get a chance to tell different stories with different stakes for a while as far as Supes and relationships.
Though I've always been partial to Bruce and Diana stories myself, but it seems like writers never give that one much time to breath.
Now running in 3D with the LG Cinema 3D (nominally showing 3D in 1080i per eye) 47LW6500 (up-or-down-or-side-graded from a 50" Sammy 3D Plasma) and a Benq W1080ST and a 130" screen.

I just picked up Superman Unbound and my Son and I just watched Batman Under The Red Hood last night and we really liked it, so my question is what other animated titles like these are really good and worth having?

Thanks

Every other DC one aside from Gotham Knight and Public Enemies, IMO. For Marvel, the two Hulk ones (Planet Hulk being their best by far), and the Ultimate Avengers 2-pack. Those are my suggestions.

Unquestionably the next choice should be All-Star Superman. It's great entertainment for all ages.

I agree with all-star Superman. I would also recommend justice league: new frontier and wonder woman.

This was one I liked the least. Well, not as much as Gotham Knights. But for some reason, All Star Superman just didnt do anything for me.

These 6 animated Blu-Ray titles are of comparable quality to Under the Red Hood.
  • Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker
  • Wonder Woman
  • Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
  • Batman: Year One
  • The Dark Knight Returns Part I
  • The Dark Knight Returns Part II

I just watched this. Pretty good. I cracked up when Lois gave Brainiac the double middle fingers.
We should buckle some swash or you know, whatever.
