This is a list from 2013 though, and was the most recent i could find. so I imagine more titles are discontinued now.
I did a quick check on Amazon, and it looks like the bolded titles can be added to the list as they're currently only available from marketplace sellers (though not necessarily at inflated prices).

it was a decent story. a friend of mine had an extra copy of it and last year sent me his copy and i finally got around to watch it. i love Syvester McCoy but the sad thing about his time on the show, is that he didn't always get the best stories sadly.
Paradise Towers...

IIRC, that's the one with a complete, alternate score that makes the serial much better than the cheesy mini-Casio noodlings of Keff McCulloch that were in the aired version.

Seriously... watch it with the alternate score. It makes the serial better than the synthesizer farts they wound up using.

I would never suggest watching a serial twice in a row, especially Paradise Towers.

Just remember it for next time.

And if you haven't watched Vengeance on Varos yet, give it a go. One of the best of the Sixth Doctor's run.

actually i do have that one and i have the SE version of it. i loved that one actually. though the 45 minute for the show back than just doesn't suit it and it feels overlong.

that's one that took me awhile to get into but at the end of it i ended up really liking it more than i expected to. far better than Attack of the cybermen holy shit was that an awful story. Colin Baker is awful in it and so is the Companion i forget which one was in that one. Baker was much Better in Varos and so was Peri wasn't it? so there at least is that. i don't own attack of the cybermen yet but i at some point will.

i plan on buying them all. as i like to put it, the good, the bad and the ugly and that really fits certain Who stories i think. i still need to get #42 and than i'll have them all. i forget if i said that already my apologies if i have.

Well I now have series 5,6,8,9 on Blu Ray just need series 7 and 10. Not upgrading series 1-4.

As for classic WHO which I have just gotten right back in to collecting again I need

10 to finish the John Pertwee collection.
12 to finish the Tom Baker collection.
13 still to finish the Peter Davison collection.

However I have only gone a started collecting the 7th doctor as well.

I need 9 to finish the Sylvester McCoy collection.

I can see my self collecting all of the classic WHO dvds in the end.
Thor: We know each other. He's a friend from work.

Pretty much nil.

As far as the BBC are concerned those DVDs are now dead and with the new season Blu-ray sets and the rebrand of the show I wouldn't expect any old DVDs to be reissued.
