That is why I sold my DC Chases a couple years back (actually got rid of my whole collection (nearly 200 pops)). Exactly. The only way some of these more rare pops are going to retain even close to the value some are buying them at is being part of something like Batman or Superman, but it will be decades (4-6) for them to be at what you paid. So unless you are using them for funeral expenses....

I stopped buying them except for Groot and Game of Thrones for my folks. I pick up a one off every once in but I’ve switched back to action figures and statues as my main purchases. Other collectors ruined it, Funko ruined it, meh.
