I saw it once, but watched the Five Star DVD A LOT. I think I watched the Blu maybe twice? It's one of those movies I sort of got a little tired out on, but will get the new release.

That 5 star DVD was the balls, I've even been thinking of buying it again just for the hell of it. Still got my Die Hard 5 star too, how often do you get the chance to re-edit scenes from your favourite movie of all time?

Yeah those 5 star editions was great. Own ID4, Speed, Die Hard 1-3 and Abyss. Hopefully we get similar treatment on 4K blu-ray since we haven't gotten it yet

12 times for me...I miss those days of $5 matinee ticket prices. I'm in complete agreement about the film's look and it immediately reminds me of those theatrical viewings as well. It doesn't look like video, or processed with DNR or anything of the sort. It looks like it did theatrically in 1996 which is the best compliment I could give it.

I still have my 5-Star edition.

Was going to upgrade to the blu-ray recently but realized with the sequel coming out next summer, we'll most likely get a new special edition bluray edition. Probably with a retrospective documentary since they got most of the cast back for the second one.

Yeah, that was one of those ultimate DVDs that was so cool to have at the time. Reminds me of the Terminator 2 silver tin coverslip edition.

Heh, and I did buy the DVD again...only to have the remastered Blu-ray announced a week or two later. You're welcome!

I sold all my DVD when I moved overseas and that makes me really sad sometimes, like right now.

On the original Blu-ray the hidden video prize for playing the scavenger hunt game was a gag reel, which is its own not hidden feature on the 20th anniversary edition bonus disc.

Thank you. That is what I needed to know. I took it and The Scorpion King 3 DVD to G2K Games in Johnson City Tennessee and got store credit for them. Come to think of it. That is where I probably bought them originally. At least I found the Conan The Barbarian 3D blu-ray for $4.42 there today.
