All 3 of those are very deeply engrained upon my memory.
I remember what they sound like, what they look like, how I felt on the way to and from them, and even when I was watching them!
Looking for the following:
- Game of Thrones: Season 1: HBO Shop Bonus Disk
- DigiBooks of the following: Exorcist, 300, Willy Wonka, Alexander, The Bridge ot River Kwai, Falling Down, Alien Anthology, Goodfellas, Cinderella, Dark Knight Rises
- Star Wars: Episodes 2 & 3's DVD Bonus Disk
- Star Wars: A Musical Journey Bonus DVD
- 2004 DVD Return of the Jedi (WideScreen)

OK. But what does that have to do with this godforsaken "piss on the memory of James Cameron's two classics" cash grab sequel?

It seems like less of a cash-grab than the previous two!
This actually seems to have some real thought behind it!

I like the take on Terminator: Genisys...

Rather than a lazy reboot rehashing the same plotline, it revisits key moments from the films but alters them to a new reality.

Plus, looking at the trailers, it doesn't even touch Terminator 2: Judgement Day at all since the timeline changes after Conner rescues Reese.

Best Buy has this new set listed as a 2 disc.

I'm kicking myself for not picking up the tin. Seen it week after week at the Walmarts here and flip flopped on getting it or not. Last week, finally decide to get it, and none have it anymore.

I would be upset with myself too, but what prevented you from buying it before? The blu-ray was right in front of you and you had the money to pay for it, then you should've grabbed it.

I've got the separate releases.
Is there any difference PQ or AQ or Bonus Features with the Trilogy Tin?

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, too -- just a fiscal repackaging of the existing trilogy-set at a MUCH lower price-point (and about damn time). At least as far as most other retailers are concerned; Best Buy has always had the trilogy tin available for around $44.99 pretty continuously, truth be told, but everywhere else you looked, it was simply ridiculous.

I'm sure this has been asked so I apologize, but I couldn't find this info:

Any reason to get this set instead of the individual releases aside from the packaging?

I'm laughing... because IMHO Warner understimated Fury Road's success to the point they did not work on the re-transfer of MM2 and MM3. They should have put out better BD releases... because Fury Road is generating new fans who wnat to rediscover the original trilogy as well.

Road Warrior looks very good, but yes, Thunderdome could use a new transfer indeed.

"Mad Max" is the original MGM disc.
"The Road Warrior" is the 2013 remastered WB disc.
"Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome" is the original/only disc from WB.

There are zero differences in content from the individually available discs and the Trilogy set (aside from the bonus content found on the Collector's Edition release of "Mad Max" from "Scream! Factory").

Having them together, and in limited edition packaging, is the draw for this release.

Also, the separate MGM BD includes the MGM DVD, which has a couple of extra features not on the MGM BD (but which are also on the Scream BD).

I bought Mad Max and The Road Warrior on Blu-ray last month, and had a blast revisiting them.

I didn't originally intend to purchase Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome on Blu-ray, but I was so ecstatic after my viewing of Mad Max: Fury Road that I stopped by Best Buy on the way home and picked up the Thunderdome disc, which is on sale for $5.99.

I've revisited the first two movies quite often, but I have not seen Beyond Thunderdome since opening night at the theater in 1985. Here's looking forward to reliving old memories.

Target has the trilogy set in the collectible tin for $29.99 (reg. $49.99) and $5 of movie cash for Fury Road. They have an end cap of film sets and this was on the bottom row. I saw only 1 copy at the store I visited.
