X2 is still the best film in the franchise, and one of the best superhero films of all time.

Doesnt get much better than Wolverine berserker rage. That was a wish come true for all X-Men fans. I was drooling in my seat during his hack and slash of Stryker's men.

The Breakfast Club is bad. Not only bad, but almost unspeakably so. Calling it one of the worst films I have ever seen is charitable.

Screwballs is also a horrible film. In fact, it is the single worst sex comedy I have ever seen, and I've seen some terrible ones, like the DTV American Pie sequels, and, infinitely worse, DTV movies that try to capitalize on American Pie's success. They're still way better than Screwballs, though.

Gone With the Wind was an overly long bloated boring piece of junk of a movie.

Here's another John Hughes one, and even now I can hardly understand it myself:

Firstly, I am in the camp who finds Ferris Beulleur a loathsome character in a loathsome movie. Now, that is not in and of itself unpopular anymore, many people have had revisionist thoughts about that the film.

HOWEVER, at the same time, I like Project X (2012). A lot. And that's a film which glorifies teens been actively evil and nihilistic to an even larger extent. So I think it's odd that I like that film and don't find it disgusting/loathsome. (most other films in the Hangover-inspired "large party" genre, like 21 & Over I find merely boring, not distasteful, for the record)

The Sound of Music would be better without the Nazi plot tacked on at the end. It was like they said, "Well, we may as well add in one more scene in order to make the movie an even 3 hours." I mean, sure, it was hinted at throughout, but the film should accept it's overly saccharine quality. That's fine, that's the aesthetic it went for, and it works within the films context. The whole thing with the Nazis at the end is not going to fool me into thinking I am watching Shoah.
