Sounds like in France everybody's kung fu fighting.
Two years later, still loving 4K Ultra HD Blu ray: the "dead on arrival" format

Thankfully region-coding is non-existent with 4K Blu-rays so I can easily import this and have little worries although on regular Blu-rays most Metropolitan Films titles from what I've seen on this website are region-B locked.

Don't get your hopes up with these. I suspect they will use the terrible Ritrovata grading. Only the Shout Select Blu-rays of the remasters have been properly color corrected.

Is that correct? Aspect ratio: 2.34:1 is identical to Shout

I just noticed FNAC changed the listings. No longer 4K for now...

The boxset is still active.

That's what I was thinking. I guess it could be cool if some fan wants to use the Shout discs as a guide for color correction. Otherwise, you're right, detail might be slightly enhanced but the colors will look a little weird. Uggh. I guess we'll see in due time.
