I couldn't get into that one first time I saw it, but might try again.

Also, Karl Urban was in Lord of the Rings, a big success.

Back at the Comic Con 2005, saw him at the Doom Panel, with The Rock, talking about the movie. The filmmakers stressed how they would feature the first person view in an extended shot of the movie.
Urban is good in every role he's played IMO.

This. The movie is over in like an hour and fifteen mins. I can't believe they thought a wholly original sci fi world as well as a story within it could be properly introduced and conveyed during such a short running time.
