Now that I own it, I quite like The Batman Anthology, boxset. Granted, all of the films aren't great, but it's a nice set.
For MARVEL:

For Trade:

The Sopranos, because it's the GOAT TV series. Many will argue The Wire. Even though it's a great show, I have yet to buy that set.

I'm sure it's been said a few times, but the Halloween deluxe box set is a must have for horror fans.

only one would I consider a must:

why? it's gold (which is precious to me) with black blu cases, fairly strong magnet clasp, 11 hours of film and untold hours of special features, in short it is shiny.

lord of the rings extended trilogy- Its a very nice set and if you buy it on a sale its very fairly priced at around 25-30$

The Collected Works of Hayao Miyazaki- Alot of great movies with needed corrections that never happened on individual releases. Personally I think its over priced but it does offer something that you simply cant get with the individual releases.

Id say these sets are worth owning IMO. Almost all the films are enjoyable to some degree.
