I also use to have the CD player for the Jaguar...honestly think the Jaguar was ahead of its time. Kinda like the Neo Geo.

I had the Jaguar for a brief time. I only had Alien vs Predator, Doom & cybermorth (which came with the console). Unfortunately, that console was DOA.

I never owned one personally, but my friend had one and we used to play AvP like crazy. I don't remember really playing anything other than that and Tempest 2000 though.
Looking over the list of Jaguar games on Wikipedia: White Men Can't Jump video game? WTF? lol

I used to have one. It had some pretty good games...

Cybermorph
AVP
Doom
Wolfenstein
Rayman
Tempest 2000
Iron Soldier

However it had a LOT and I mean a LOT of complete garbage!!! Plus the controller sucked donkey dong! Sorry but I cannot look back on that system with any real fond memories whatsoever.

Bought one for my birthday present to myself. Love it. Although I wont recommend anyone collect for it as the games are very expensive. Sure the crappy ones can be had for $10 or so, but really good ones are $25 and up. A copy of Atari Karts goes for about $80 on ebay. Good luck tracking down an AV cable as they are $20 - $35 also.

Ill just sit around and play AVP and Tempest 2000 til it breaks.

I love the Jaguar.
Some of my favorites:

Theme Park - Amazing game and Jag has the best Cartridge port of the game.
Rayman
Tempest 2000
Syndicate - Although the 3DO/Saturn Version is far superior
