Mine arrived today.
The Framed Picture from the Limited Super Deluxe Edition does not have the fat "Expandables 2" writing.

Also there is an image on amazon:

No.. not my image. I didn't unwrap my LSD-Edition...

Looks nice! Maybe even nicer than the giant poster.

I like both. But the framed image has some style..

The joant poster is not a poster on paper, but on textile..
I would prefer the Image as a real paper poster for normal use.

The framed image is something for cool for real well designet home theatre rooms..

I really want that canvas print! Is there a way to get it separately? As it is a bit too expensive with this edition, and I already have the FS Steel and the Dutch limited box set!

I preordered a copy of this set back in November and I still haven't received it. I pretty much dove in head first and blind since it was my first time ordering from Amazon Germany (not that the Google translate feature would've been much help - it's practically useless) so I'm alittle nervous about losing this. I've gotten stuff from Amazon UK (I'm in NYC) in a couple of weeks on average so maybe I'm panicking for no reason.

Does your Order not have tracking on it? I ordered the Hero Pack from Amazon.de and it shipped on Jan 25th. Per the tracking it is in NJ right now, so I might have it in 2-3 more days. It came over by DHL Global Mail, so if yours shipping at the same time, it may be in NJ as well.

I have no idea how to track this - everything is in German (google translate isn't working for me). I feel a little better about it after what you said (my copy shipped at about the same time) - it's probably on its way to me as we speak. At least now I know who to expect this from - I don't have to keep pestering my mailman

Well received mine today (or yesterday) and man the box they sent it in was huge. Large enough for 5 of them

It is nice set, actually forgot i ordered it. Will be opening mine so i can watch it tonight.

The banner is 116cm x 61 cm, not 60 x 30 !

THIS IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE...

Almost 2 times bigger than the size posted in the OP!

I'm thinking that the large banner comes in the hero pack. The one here (60 x 30) is a smaller framed canvas.

So are people receiving this from DHL or US Postal Service? I know these two companies have partnered and are sharing shipping duties so I'm just a bit curious to know who to expect the package from. What are the odds of this becoming a hot collectible item in the future? It's an amazing set (judging from the pictures) and unique, as far as I can tell. Thanks.

Correct
I prefer the smaller canvas since the movie title isn't very visible.
On the other hand with the banner you get twice the image

I went for the banner since it was much cheaper.

Mine's shipped via DHL Global and then I believe it was handed off to the USPS after that. Tracking shows it's been in Memphis TN for 2 days now and I'm in MS. It only has a few more hours of travel time. Although that tracking has been known to be off before and it show up out of the blue. It would be nice to get it today.

I also went with the banner edition for that reason and to get the version of the steelbook with the 3D lenticular card

You can find the small banners at ebay.

Finally got this today. It came in a huge box (totally unnecessary) with nothing but some paper to act as a buffer (there was no bubble wrapping) so it was free to move around quite a bit during transit. Thankfully there was no damage to the set but I promptly let the steelbook fall out of the back and onto a hard floor. Now it won't close 100% right. Anyway, my first impression of this thing was, "wow", now THIS is the awesomest collector's edition ever conceived. Worth every penny.

Was the lenticular steelbook released with each of the character posters, or only for Stallone? I thought I read a couple of months back that one for Arnold was also being released but I never saw it anywhere. Thanks!

In the hero pack: only stallone. I don't know if there were any singular releases of the other cards.

This was posted at a Schwarzenegger fan site awhile back, was this an official release or did someone just take one of the poster cards and customized this?

Cars 2 3D with all discs. Disney 3D releases (G-Force, Chicken Run, Little and Meet the Robinsons etc.). Beauty and the Beast Xmas with slip.
