Not a plug, but I have used that site before to find discounts. It's just a click-through to the actual merchants, and some merchant are more reliable than others. Read the reviews and good luck.

Also, there is a dedicated B&N discount thread on this site which will have a lot more information than I can give you.
Current pre-orders:

Various places. Spoilered since this is probably not the best location for this

[Show spoiler]Ebay has a Gift Card seller that often had $50 cards for 45 and 100 for 90 -- full fledged unused BN GC just like you'd buy at the store with covered PIN. SVMGIFTCARD -- I've purchased 10-15 cards from them without an issue other than shipping time since these are physical cards.

Multiple GC resellers (giftcardgranny summarizes a nice list) can have a selection though it's irregular which amt and how much discount. In July there were several thousand available for around 12% off. I strongly suggest buying only what you need to use within the month -- most of the better known companies have a pretty good 30-60 days guarantee.

BN runs their own sales they these work best for folks that use BN for things through the year.
Usually in November they offer $75 GC with a $10 Bonus/Promotional Card (11.8% discount). The Promo card doesn't activate until Dec 26, but in the past had no exp date.

Black Friday weekend the last 2 or 3 years they have a $10 Promo for purchase of $50 GC (16.7% discount). This PROMO card activates on Dec 26 and has had an exp date 3/31 though there has been an easy workaround to extend this indefinitely with a Buy/Return.

The last 3 years Family Dollar has had a BN Gift Card sale at some point near the end of the Nov. Last year it was 15% off their $25 cards and in 2015 it was 20% off

Samsung Pay Phones have in the past had BN Discounted cards in their wallet -- usually 20% off for buying cards through their App though I haven't heard if they're still doing this regularly

I wonder if the material of Rick Moranis as the janitor was somehow salvaged.

I have heard about these deleted scenes for years and was wondering if they would ever see the light of day
