Default REGULAR DVD's

If You Have A Blu Ray Palyer And You Play A Regular Dvd On It ,is It The Same Quality As Playing It On A Regular Dvd Player.or Does The Blu Ray Bring The Resolution Up.

The blu-ray player upconverts it to the players output resolution.

If You Are Using A PS3 And An HDMI Cable, Yes, DVD Resolution Can Be Upscaled To 1080p.

Just speaking for the PS3 with the HDMI connection, the upscaling looks pretty damn good. Not Blu-Ray quality but a thousand times better than non-upscaled DVD picture.

Well, gotta say that in comparison to my Denon that I bought back in early 2005, the upscaling on the PS3 is a bit crap.
I didn't really buy the PS3 for topnotch DVD upscaling though and it serves it's purpose in that regard.
It might also be exaggerated by comparing the image with Blu-ray too.
